Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Tuesday 18 May 2021 at 2pm. The meeting was also broadcast live by webcast.

Issued Share Capital – Total voting rights

On 8 March 2021 – the latest practical business day before the printing and publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting – the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 2,180,723,058 ordinary shares, carrying one vote each. No shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at 8 March 2021 were 2,180,723,058.
