abrdn has launched a Junior ISA on its Wrap platform as the first part of a new family wealth planning offering for advisers.

The JISA is available immediately to existing Wrap users that are the parent or guardian of an eligible child.

The new JISA has been developed in response to increasing demand from advisers for more family wealth planning solutions that can be managed alongside their existing client investments. To support advisers in managing family assets on Wrap, the JISA will have a 0% platform charge* until the child reaches age 18.

The JISA will have access to the full open architecture suite of funds currently available to Wrap users and can also accept transfers of funds currently on the platform.  

A Junior SIPP will also be developed as part of the family wealth planning solution.
