In line with government guidelines as COVID-19 restrictions ease, we’re evolving our ways of working. The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, and our ability to continue to serve our clients and customers, remains our priority.
While continuing to respond to local guidance, we now intend for ‘blended working’ to be the default way in which our colleagues will work globally. This combines the benefits of face-to-face collaboration, coaching and connecting in our offices with the flexibility of working from home and other locations – so that we can improve productivity, innovation and engagement among our colleagues.
The teams involved with managing our clients’ and customers’ assets, the servicing of those assets around the world, and the day-to-day operation of our businesses, still have access to the tools they need to do these roles from home as well as from the office.
We would like to thank you for your ongoing trust in us. Evolving the ways in which we work is an important step in enabling us to build better futures for our clients, customers and colleagues.
