To stop or amend existing income, please complete the WRAP429 form (PDF).

Both forms must be uploaded onto the Wrap Platform document library and an email sent to nontelephony.drawdown@abrdn.com.

If you have an issue filling in the form, please save a copy to your computer before filling it in. Please also make sure your PDF Reader is up to date. If we have not already received a Direct Debit Mandate, please upload to the client’s document library and email wrap_servicing@abrdn.com. Within the subject line please include ‘add bank details’ and the clients plan number.

Submitting Wrap documents

For documents that need to be sent to us – upload these to the client document library on the platform. Then email us on the relevant address below with the following details so we can process this for you: 
  • Name of document(s) uploaded
  • Client WP account number 
  • Date and time of upload to the document library
Please note, max file size is 4MB and file name must be lower case and without symbols.

New clients on Wrap

All sign up documents for new clients on Wrap (individual and joint) including T&Cs, DDI, transfer forms (excluding DB transfers). 

Trust documents

All Trust documents including T&Cs, Declaration by Trustees, Completed Trust Deed, Certified copy of Original Trust Deed, Anti Money Laundering verification and Direct Debits.
