Complete our online form to tell us about the death of an abrdn Wrap client.
What you’ll need to do next
Once you’ve submitted a bereavement notification, you’ll need to:
- Complete this Bereavement Requirement Form as soon as possible.
- Send us the settlement documents – you can post these to us or upload the documents directly to the Platform document library and let us know by emailing Platforms_deceasedaccounts@abrdn.com. If you choose to send documents back to us by email, it’s very important you use a secure method to protect the information such as encryption or a separate password protected document. Also remember that some documents must be correctly certified.
We aim to begin processing bereavement notifications within 10 working days. If you don’t hear from us within 10 working days, please email Platforms_deceasedaccounts@abrdn.com or phone 0345 279 1001.
