Supporting financial education – abrdn partners with MyBnk

As part of our commitment to supporting communities through powerful partnerships, we’re pleased to announce our latest partner, MyBnk – the largest specialist financial education charity for children and young people in the UK.

Over a three-year period, we will work together with MyBnk to support its education programmes in two key areas – money management and financial empowerment. Our partnership will reach up to 10,000 young people, and our business will also provide skills-based volunteering support.

MyBnk’s mission is to empower young people to take charge of their future to make money choices themselves. 75% of its work is dedicated to disadvantaged young adults – and this is where our partnership will be targeted.

Since 2007, MyBnk has worked with over 290,000 young people to create and deliver innovative, high-impact financial education programmes.
