Telephone lines

Wrap telephone lines – our phone lines are busier than normal resulting in call wait times above our normal service levels, we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

The platform upgrade has completed - please access user support on our dedicated hub

Wrap and Fundzone are now available and you can log in using your usual Wrap login details. If you are a Fundzone user, you will need to ensure you have registered for Unipass to be able to log in to the Fundzone platform. You can find out how to do this in our video.

Public holidays

Our telephone lines close on public holidays. You can still submit new business and servicing requests on your platform and view our online support. Please note, remuneration payments will be processed on the next available business day. Deduction of charges will remain unchanged.
