Platform upgrade (update published 25 January 2023)

The next set of enhancements to Wrap and Fundzone are planned to go live on Wednesday 22 February 2023. The platforms will be unavailable from close of business on Thursday 16 February 2023 until business opens on Wednesday 22 February 2023 whilst we work on the upgrade. We’ll ensure that any regular payments will continue to be paid out to your clients and regular premiums will be collected and invested as planned during this time.

Public holidays

Our telephone lines close on public holidays. You can still submit new business and servicing requests on your platform and view our online support. Please note, remuneration payments will be processed on the next available business day. Deduction of charges will remain unchanged.
