Our Adviser Experience Programme

Our Adviser Experience Programme is designed to deliver the improvements you’ve told us matter most to your clients and your business. Over the next few years we are developing a series of exciting enhancements, focusing on key areas that we hope will make it easier to service your clients:

  • Optimising your digital experience – to give you a simple and intuitive interface to ensure your digital experience is as seamless as possible, making it faster and easier to get things done.
  • Improved client reporting and business intelligence - our new customer centric model and improved client reporting will ensure you have all the latest information you need at your fingertips, helping you run your business more efficiently and enabling you to spend more time with your clients.
  • Delivering a full advice suite – offering a comprehensive suite of tax wrappers to meet the needs of your clients.
  • Providing platform service excellence – heavily investing in our service infrastructure to evolve our service offering and improve flexibility and choice in how you want to deal with us.

The platform upgrade has completed

Wrap and Fundzone are now available and you can log in using your usual Wrap login details. If you are a Fundzone user, you will need to ensure you have registered for Unipass to be able to log in to the Fundzone platform. You can find out how to do this in our video.

We’ve added a range of information to help you get the most out of the enhanced platforms on the support guides page.

We are experiencing high demand on both the platform and our phone lines at the moment. You can check our service status page for the latest information on known issues.
