We’re committed to continous investment and we’re now stepping up our pace of change through our Adviser Experience Programme.  It’s designed to deliver the improvements you have told us matter most to your clients and you business.  Over the next year or so, you’ll benefit from improved technology solutions that help you give an increasingly personalised service to your clients in the most efficient way.

This hub will be your go-to place to get the latest updates and timely support to ensure you get the most from the improvements we’re making to Wrap and Fundzone.

We’ll be sharing a series of webinars  and other support content on this hub over the coming months.  If you’re a regular user of Wrap or ‘fundzone, please do make time to view the relevant sessions and read all support updates so you’re ready for the changes we’re making and know what you can do in advance to prepare.

Phase 3

  • New SIPP with fully online drawdown

    Puts you in control of your clients’ pension planning with faster quotes and pre-populated new business journeys. Money is invested quicker with faster payments out when clients need it. Available initially to all new clients with a fully supported process to switch your existing clients over.
