Notice of no dividend payment for Aberdeen Standard Flexible Capital Fund

Aberdeen Standard Asset Management (Thailand) Limited (the “Company”), as the manager of Aberdeen Standard Flexible Capital Fund, would like to inform you that there will be no dividend payments to unit holders for the accounting period ending 31 March 2019 because the fund has net loss and has no retained earnings. Consequently, subscription and redemption will resume from 9 April 2019 onwards.
