2022 Dividend Schedule

abrdn has regularly scheduled dividend payments for various Funds throughout the year. These dates can be changed by the Officers of the Funds and will be communicated if the dates are adjusted or changed during the course of the year.

abrdn does not provide dividend distribution estimates. Dividends are distributed according to the intervals listed within each Funds’ disclosure in the Statutory Prospectus.

2021 Estimated Capital Gains Distributions Information

Throughout the year, capital gains occur when a mutual fund sells a security within its portfolio for a profit. Mutual funds are required by law to distribute virtually all capital gains to their shareholders once a year through a capital gain distribution.

You must pay taxes on mutual fund distribution (unless the mutual funds are held in a tax-advantaged account such as an Individual Retirement Account, 401(k) and 403(b) accounts), whether you receive your distributions in cash or reinvest them in additional fund shares. The amount of capital gains distributions will be reported on year-end account statements (mailed in January) and on Form 1099-DIV. Please be sure to contact a tax professional to discuss your individual tax situation.

Information Regarding 2020 Year End Tax Revision

Following issuance of 2020 tax forms, new information was released regarding the federal tax character of dividends paid by several of the underlying companies held by the Aberdeen Global Infrastructure Fund, Aberdeen Dynamic Dividend Fund, Aberdeen Global Dynamic Dividend Fund and Aberdeen Total Dynamic Dividend Fund (the "Funds"). When this new information was applied to the dividends received by the Funds in 2020, the tax character of the 2020 dividends paid by the Funds also changed.

Information Regarding 2018 and 2019 Year End Tax Revision

Aberdeen has determined that federal alternative minimum tax income "(AMTI") information was omitted from reporting provided for Aberdeen Short Duration High Yield Municipal Fund and Aberdeen Ultra Short Municipal Income Fund for 2018 and 2019. The reporting error also impacts 2018 tax reporting for the equivalent, predecessor Alpine Funds. As a reminder, Aberdeen acquired the Alpine Funds following the close of business on May 7, 2018.
