We recently became aware of fraudulent emails from people claiming to work at abrdn, offering employment. The emails are being sent from a generic common domain email address e.g. gmail.
We advise you do not respond to these emails and do not provide personal information. If you have provided information to these or any other fraudulent emails, seek advice on how to report to regulatory organisations.
All job applications should be made directly via our careers portal (as we do not accept applications submitted via external career sites such as Seek or Indeed). Please note, any legitimate job offers would always involve a face-to-face meeting.
About our Internship ProgrammeThe Internship Programme is a part-time program focused on students in their penultimate year of study. The internship durations vary based on business needs but can be up to 18 weeks. Interns typically will work 2 or 3 days per week during the university semester. The programme is open to Australian and New Zealand Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
abrdn's internship program acts as a springboard into our graduate program, with most graduate positions filled by those who have completed an internship. Our Graduates are hired into business areas (e.g. Investments) or sometimes hired onto a specific desk. The Graduate programme is rotational, offering opportunities to learn from and develop skills across different business areas.
