Use this form to request a single withdrawal from your ISA or Personal Portfolio. If you wish to set up a regular withdrawal, please phone us on 0800 027 4675 and select option 2.

You can withdraw any amount equal to or less than the amount you hold in available cash. Your withdrawal can be funded from your cash account or by the sale of investments. If you need to sell an investment to increase your available cash please do this before you complete this form. Depending on payment method selected, please expect your withdrawal to clear in your account within 7 - 11 working days after receipt of your request.

Please ensure that the amount entered does not exceed the available cash balance. If you do not have available cash in your account, you will need to sell some of your investments. You can do this by going to the 'Sell Investments' section on the online portal before submitting this request.

To protect you from fraud, we are only able to pay withdrawals to a bank account that has been nominated by you. If you haven't already nominated your bank account for withdrawals, we will contact you to process your request.

Select Payment Method BACS CHAPS

Note that after we have processed your request, it will take 4 to 5 working days to transfer your money to your bank account using BACs and 1 working day using CHAPs. BACs payments are free of charge whereas CHAPs has a £30 charge.

By choosing CHAPS you consent to a £30 fee being deducted from your account. Please ensure you have sufficient cash available to cover the £30 CHAPS fee in addition to your withdrawal amount.
