Tracing Lost Shareholders
Asset Reunification with ProSearch
ProSearch Asset Solutions (ProSearch), a specialist tracing company, has been appointed to run an asset reunification programme with the aim of reuniting 'lost' abrdn plc* shareholders or their estates with outstanding cash and share entitlements.
In addition, some ‘lost’ shareholders may receive an email or letter prompting them to make contact with Equiniti directly to update their details.

2023 final dividend
We are proposing a final dividend for 2023 of 7.30p per share. If approved, this is due to be paid to shareholders on 30 April 2024.
Annual General Meeting 2024
Our AGM will be held in Edinburgh on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 2pm (UK time). Shareholders can attend the meeting in person or join online.
