We have a market leading salary sacrifice pension arrangement. The company makes a generous core contribution to the plan and if you choose to make your own monthly payments, we will match these contributions up to a maximum of 2%. Finally, any addition contribution you make we’ll further top up by 10%.
If you choose to join the plan you could save on Tax and National Insurance. You will have complete freedom and control over how your payments are invested, and you can pay in additional lump sums at any time – subject to HMRC maximum and plan limits.
