OEIC I
The EGM of abrdn Multi-Asset Fund was held at 09.45am on Thursday 28th September, during which a vote was held on the extraordinary resolution to merge abrdn Multi-Asset Fund into abrdn Global Balanced Growth Fund.
The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the extraordinary resolution was reached and therefore, the merger will be effective as of 12:01pm on Friday 27th October 2023.

The EGM of abrdn Sterling Short Dated Corporate Bond Fund was held at 10.30am on Wednesday 24th May, during which a vote was held on the extraordinary resolution to merge abrdn Sterling Short Dated Corporate Bond Fund into abrdn Short Dated Corporate Bond Fund.
The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the extraordinary resolution was reached and therefore, the merger will be effective as of 12:01pm on Friday 23rd June 2023.

The EGM of abrdn UK Equity Fund was held at 09.45am on Wednesday 24th May, during which a vote was held on the extraordinary resolution to merge abrdn UK Equity Fund into abrdn UK Sustainable and Responsible Investment Equity Fund.
The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the extraordinary resolution was reached and therefore, the merger will be effective as of 12:01pm on Friday 23rd June 2023.

The EGM of abrdn American Equity Fund was held at 9:00am on Thursday 28th September, during which a vote was held on the extraordinary resolution to merge abrdn American Equity Fund into abrdn North American Small & Mid-Cap Equity Fund.
The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the proposals was not reached and therefore, this merger will not proceed.
abrdn Fund Managers Limited will continue to operate the abrdn American Equity Fund as we currently do and may consider alternative options for the Fund in line with investors’ best interests.Please refer to the previously issued investor documents for further information, and the letter issued after the EGM below.

Following a review of our fund pricing, the annual management charge ("AMC") for Class K Shares will be reduced from its current level as noted in the table below.
The on-going charges figure ("OCF") of the Share Class will also be reduced accordingly.

The EGM of abrdn Global Income Equity Fund was held at 10:30am on 9 August 2023 during which a vote was held on the proposals to update the investment objective and policy (including the benchmark and performance target) and name of the Fund. The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the proposals was reached and therefore, these proposals will be effective from 6 September 2023. The EGM of abrdn UK High Income Equity Fund was held at 10.30am on Thursday 28th September, during which a vote was held on the extraordinary resolution to merge abrdn UK High Income Equity Fund into abrdn UK Income Equity Fund.
The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the extraordinary resolution was reached and therefore, the merger will be effective as of 12:01pm on Friday 27th October 2023.

The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of the extraordinary resolution was reached and therefore, the merger will be effective as of 12:01pm on Friday 16th June 2023.
