Important information.

Your withdrawal request

Use this form to request a single withdrawal from your ISA or Personal Portfolio. If you wish to set up a regular withdrawal, please phone us on 0800 027 4675 and select option 2.


You can withdraw any amount equal to or less than the amount you hold in available cash. Your withdrawal can be funded from your cash account or by the sale of investments. If you need to sell an investment to increase your available cash please do this before you complete this form. Depending on payment method selected, please expect your withdrawal to clear in your account within 7 - 11 working days after receipt of your request.


Please refer to your ISA and Personal Portfolio Key Features Document for further information on requesting a withdrawal.

Your account number begins with WP. Please enter the 7 digits after ‘WP’.

Please ensure that the amount entered does not exceed the available cash balance. If you do not have available cash in your account, you will need to sell some of your investments. You can do this by going to the 'Sell Investments' section on the online portal before submitting this request.


Bank details

To protect you from fraud, we can only pay withdrawals to the bank account that has already been nominated by you. If you haven't already nominated a bank account for withdrawals, we'll contact you to process your request.
