Client mandatory communications

We will only communicate directly with clients where we are obliged to do so. For example, to notify of changes to Terms and Conditions. We will update you before we issue any communications to your clients.

Frequently asked questions

When will I see copies of the Terms and Conditions updates sent to my clients?

We will notify you by email at least two weeks before we plan to mail any Terms and Condtions updates to your clients. We’ll summarise what is changing so you can quickly assess if you need to take any further action.

Where can I view copies of a communication my client will receive?

We will share a link to all client communications in the email we send you in advance and they will also be available on this page for quick access.
