Online e-signature solution on Wrap

To capture client signatures quickly and easily we’ve introduced a fully integrated online e-signature solution on individual New Business journeys on the Wrap platform for new and existing clients.

• There is no charge for this service.
• The service fully complies with the Electronic Identification, Authentication and Trust Services (eIDAS) regulation.
• To give you and your client’s peace of mind there is an additional level of security. The process will allow us to send a link to access the document(s) securely via email, the client accesses the documents using a passcode, sent via text message.
• The process is quick and easy. The client will review and electronically sign the document which will then be added directly to the document library and you’ll be notified automatically via email when this action has taken place. We’ll then process the paperwork.
