We need to write to Wrap SIPP customers living in France

As an insured SIPP provider, Phoenix Group, has been told by the French regulator to write to all its French domiciled customers about the implications of Brexit: and that includes Wrap SIPP customers. While Standard Life Aberdeen is the provider of the Standard Life Wrap, Phoenix Group are the legal provider of the Wrap SIPP available on the platform.
The content is prescribed by the French regulator for all types of insured contracts and Phoenix has asked us to help with this regulatory mailing to customers living in France.
When will this happen?
We’re expecting to send the letters by the start of July. The mailing is for information only and no action is required by you, or your clients.
